1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Comment2Content you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Comment2Content is an AI-powered platform that analyzes publicly available YouTube comment data and generates structured content ideas for video creators. Users provide a YouTube channel name; we retrieve public comment data using the YouTube Data API and process it with AI to surface insights and ideas.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create more than one account per person.

4. Subscription & Billing

Comment2Content offers a free plan and several paid plans billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly limits reset at the start of each billing period. You will be notified in the dashboard when you are approaching your limit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse or intentionally exceed YouTube Data API quotas.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal service use.
• Use generated content in a way that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Content ideas and analyses generated by the service are owned by you, the user. Comment2Content retains all rights to the platform, its codebase, AI models, and underlying infrastructure. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or commercial viability of generated content ideas, nor do we guarantee any specific growth outcomes for your channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
